NICE TO MEET YOU
I am The Sleep Poet
For over a decade, Beneatha thrived in high-energy environments—cheerleading, dancing, and traveling extensively for work. But when the pandemic grounded her travel and slowed the world down, she realized something unexpected: her sleep habits were far from healthy. The constant jet lag, late nights, and erratic schedules had taken a toll.
Determined to reclaim her health, Beneatha immersed herself in research, learning about the science of sleep and wellness. By the time the world began to reopen, she had developed new sleep habits, become a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Armed with knowledge and experience, she transformed her own sleep patterns and now helps others do the same.
Through her signature program, Poetic Sleep, Beneatha offers personalized coaching and practical tools to help you sleep better, feel better, and live better. Because when you rest well, you perform well.
