Beneatha is not just a speaker, she’s a survivor, strategist, and storyteller. After years of pushing through a high-performing lifestyle, Beneatha came face to face with a problem she could no longer ignore chronic sleep issues that were silently draining her health and joy. That personal struggle sparked a powerful purpose—to help others recognize and heal the hidden stressors that sabotage well-being and success.
Today, Beneatha is a Distinguished Toastmaster, author, and certified Sleep and Recovery Coach who brings compassion and clarity to every stage. She blends her 15+ years of experience in higher education and workforce strategy with her certifications in Health and Wellness Coaching and Lifestyle Medicine. Through her monthly webinars, keynotes, and interactive workshops, many of which she’s delivered at public libraries and community centers. Beneatha teaches practical, sustainable tools for thriving in work and life.
Her philosophy is simple: sustainable success starts with self-awareness, rest, and resilience. Whether volunteering with the American Red Cross or coaching others toward better balance, Tulip’s mission is to turn exhaustion into empowerment—and inspire lasting change from the inside out.
